One-time event offerings are highly personalized (just like everything we do!) Choose your own program, duration and format to suit your team and event needs and presto! It’s Movement at Work.

Popular Event Program Options

  • Movement At Work

    In-person or virtual.

    This is our signature class format. This accessible class encompasses energizing and releasing motions you can do at your work station. No change of clothes or equipment is necessary.

    10 or 30 minute class. Our most popular format is the 10 minute Daily - try a sample HERE.).

  • Yoga or Chair Yoga

    In-person or virtual.

    Our all-levels yoga classes are curated to fit the group with options for beginners as well as the practiced yogi. We practice postures to target areas of common tension while integrating themes of mindfulness and core strength in this accessible and invigorating class.

    45 minute or 1 hour long class.

  • Meditation | Yoga Nidra

    In-person or virtual.

    Our meditation classes are an invitation to connect and decompress in the middle of the workday. They focus on balanced themes of mindfulness, breath and connection. No change of clothes or special equipment is necessary for this format.

    Duration for meditation programs can be as short as 10 minutes, up to 1 hour.

  • Retrain Your Posture | Office Ergonomics

    In-person only.

    Functional movement class to improve posture that utilizes anatomical awareness, mental imagery and movement from the Franklin Method to support participants during the workshop and beyond.

    45 minute or 1 hour long class.

  • Myofascial Release/Ball Rolling

    In person only. Popular for one-time events!

    Release “sticky” areas in the body using massage balls and tactile manipulation. We’ll tackle common areas of stress and tension in the body to promote restoration and relaxation. Teachers will provide massage balls.

    30, 45 minute or 1 hour long class.

  • On-Site Chair Massage

    In-person only. Popular for one-time events!

    Our expert therapists bring relaxation to your team, whether for a one-time event or ongoing, weekly chair massage. We cultivate a true reset for the body with focus on massage for the back, shoulders, neck and arms.

    Duration of massage is flexible depending on the size of your team. Our most popular is 15 minute massages for each participant.
